2013 Domaine Valentin Zusslin Bollenberg La Chapelle Gewürztraminer
Bollenberg這個特定葡萄園位於Rouffach村西南邊，狀似一獨立的島丘，氣候乾熱，近似地中海氣候，上頭有不少罕見或是當地種的生物，如黃巫鳥、野生蘭花和當地種石竹。為黏土質石灰岩土壤，偏紅含有鐵質。La Chapelle是Bollenbeg中靠近山丘上小教堂旁的園區，也以此為酒命名。酒色金黃清透，鼻息非常之芬芳且精準無染，探有甘草氣息。入口，豐潤柔和而優雅，酸度佳，基本上不甜，但甘潤婉約極為迷人，中後段帶有洋甘菊花茶以及玫瑰花香，尾韻悠揚，以鼠尾草作結。（品酒時間: 2018/06）。
