2015 Domaine Beck-Hartweg Granit
以來自三塊地的葡萄釀成，皆屬花崗岩、多沙以及多石地塊，朝東；其中，Breistein葡萄園種植Riesling以及Pinot Gris，Rittersberg則種植黑皮諾。手工採收，以野生酵母發酵，在舊的大木槽發酵以及培養八到十個月。此酒屬「自然派」，無過濾且無添加二氧化硫。酒色金黃略帶濁度，聞有洋甘菊、蜂蠟以及甘草氣韻，背景還帶綠檸檬皮氣味。嚐來多汁且充滿活力，有鮮明香料調（迷迭香以及鼠尾草），還嚐有檸檬愛玉滋味，架構修長精巧，風味直陳無隱，也帶溫柔，綿長尾韻以洋甘菊花茶和甘草滋味作結。（品酒時間：2017/10）。
