釀酒葡萄主要是夏多內，其餘是Pinot Blanc與Auxerrois。酒精度12.5%。瓶中與死酵母培養38個月。酒色淡黃晶亮，聞有熟果香（黃色水果、洋梨）以及洋甘菊花茶氣息。氣泡相當細緻，具有相當好的張力，風味清新爽神，啖有蘋果、較青的洋梨以及檸檬氣韻。（品酒時間：2018/10）。
