2015 Domaine Pfister Pinot Blanc
以來自Osthoffen山坡的幾處葡萄園（泥灰岩）果實釀製而成，以Pinot Blanc為主（為本莊目前最老葡萄藤，1960年代末就種植），混有少量Auxerrois。酒精度12.5%。酒色淡黃晶亮，聞有黃李、洋梨、甘草以及背景輕微的薄荷腦氣息，整體氣韻清新。口感柔和，果香清甜可人，酸度佳，結構也不差，整體口感清新緊緻，還帶一絲香料調，末尾以清新的鼠尾草氣韻落幕。（品酒時間：2018/10）。
