2016 Domaine Pfister Pinot Gris Tradition
自2004年份起，本莊將灰皮諾分成Tradition與Sélection兩階，葡萄來自Osthoffen的泥灰岩山丘以及土壤較輕的Lehe。酒精度13.5%。酒色淡黃晶亮，氣韻芬芳，自杯中釋出有黃色水果果香、檸檬皮、甘草以及洋甘菊花茶風味。口感圓潤無厚重感，具有相當好深度，香料味鮮明，酸度佳，還具礦物質風味，架構修長完整，尾韻以黃香李烈酒以及綠色檸檬皮滋味作結。（品酒時間：2018/10、2018/11）。
