2017 Domaine Pfister Pinot Noir
釀自兩塊葡萄園，其一是Dahlenheim村的河泥礫石地塊，其二是Lehe園，葡萄成熟較緩一些。此酒在不鏽鋼槽發酵與培養，未經過濾就裝瓶。酒精度12.5%。明亮，有點帶些藍色的偏淡紅寶石色澤，聞有草莓、覆盆子果醬以及一絲蜜餞味，整體芬芳可愛。入口，可口可愛芬芳迷人，帶一些甘草以及白胡椒氣韻。整體很耐喝美味。（品酒時間：2018/10）。
