2013 Domaine Pfister Grand Cru Engelberg Gewürztraminer
葡萄來自Engelberg特級園（朝南＋底層為石灰岩基石）。酒精度13.5%。中度金黃晶亮，自杯中傳來風乾橙皮、鳳梨、輕微荔枝氣息、洋甘菊花茶、蜂蜜以及背景微帶香料調。口感圓潤柔和，但香料調也相當明顯，質地絲滑，有橙花水滋味，口中嚐來反而經典的荔枝味不是那麼明顯，中段嚐有鳳梨乾、甘草以及楊桃乾風味，酸度佳，尾韻也優，以甘草和彿手柑氣韻完結。（品酒時間：2018/10）。
