Rotenberg園區朝南，為一石灰岩地形，含鐵質故土壤呈棕紅；此酒由麗絲玲（Riesling）以及皮諾家族混合種植、混釀而成。酒精度13%。酒色中度金黃晶亮，嗅有蜜香、煙燻調，深沈氣韻中透有一絲薄荷腦氣息，整體鼻宜輕盈雅緻。口感圓潤，因來自石灰岩地塊故帶有良好酸度，果味成熟、質地絲滑，中段以楊桃乾、酸櫻桃滋味誘人貪杯，尾韻綿長。（品酒時間：2018/10）。
