2016 Domaine Fritsch Pinot Noir Cuvée Tradition
在不鏽鋼槽內釀造，浸皮7-8天，酒精度13%，2016年份的單寧較重一些。酒色深紅，嗅聞有甜美的草莓果醬、甘草氣息，背景還有冷冽近似礦物的氣質。口感圓潤，架構不錯，中段顯得豐潤，但尚年輕，質地略緊，啖有礦物質風味，尾韻佳，以甘草與草莓氣味作結，仍舊頗為飽潤。（品酒時間：2018/10）。
