其實釀自Steinklotz特級園。 酒精度13.5%。酒色中度金黃晶亮，鼻息芬芳輕盈，聞有20世紀梨、蘋果與黃李氣韻，果香成熟但不過熟，氣韻清雅不滯膩。非常柔美滑潤且優雅的口感，酸度優美可口，香料調鮮明，但維持溫柔溫文的特質，整體氣質柔美明亮，又可愛可親，柔美不等同柔弱，尾韻美長，以葡萄柚、甘草和橘皮滋味落幕，算是阿爾薩斯北方優美GW的氣質代表作。品酒時間：2018/11）。
