酒色淡黃晶燦，聞礦物質、橙橘以及白花香；入口細緻優雅，極為純淨而清透，似飲入光暈，極佳的均衡感，之後，帶出煙燻以及略微糖漬柑橘氣息，是一款極易搭菜的酒款，（品酒時間：2008/12）。
