2012 Fromm Winery Clayvin Vineyard Pinot Noir
Clayvin Vineyard（位於Brancott Valley）因含有較多的黏土質（氣候乾燥不怕滯水）而得名，為馬爾堡種植夏多內以及黑皮諾最佳園區（朝北，每公頃種植密度5,000株）。酒精度13.5%。偏深的紅寶石色澤，鼻息怡人芬芳，以紅莓果（草莓為主）＋紅漿果為主要調性，背景略帶煙燻調以及甘草氣息。口感飽滿甘美，帶有楊梅以及甘草梅滋味與鹹味，整體滋潤可口爽神，單寧頗細緻，具有可咀嚼果肉感以及一絲煙燻調性，整體相當好喝，但是從來沒喝過這麼鹹的黑皮諾……（品酒時間：2018/12）。
