2012 Domaine Christian Binner Lieu-Dit Hinterberg
此酒釀自特定葡萄園Hinterberg（後山的意思，將來有機會被列為一級園，是Wineck-Schlossberg特級園的延伸，環境封閉，溫差少，少風，貧瘠的花崗岩土壤），四品種（PG+PN+Aux+RI）混釀，無外添二氧化硫也無過濾。2012屬較為溫暖的年份，酒精度15%。酒色金黃澄亮，聞有榲桲、奶油、蜂蠟、蜂蜜、栗子以及蕈菇氣韻。飽滿，架構完整，酸度優，既豐潤又優雅的口感中，釋出有蜂蠟、蘋果泥以及蜜香，圓潤中帶有礦物質風味，尾韻綿長，以鼠尾草與甘草滋味作結。（品酒時間：2018/11）。
