2011 Domaine Christian Binner Blanc de Noir Cuvée Excellence
仿效傳統托凱甜酒的氧化釀酒手法，以慢速氧化的方式（其中有幾個月沒有添桶）讓酒質穩定，培養兩年而成的貴腐黑皮諾甜酒。不過濾不添加二氧化硫，酒精度13.5%。殘糖約90公克。酒色深紅帶銅，聞有紅棗、草莓、煙絲、薑片、甘草與椰棗氣息。口感甜潤優雅，氧化風情裡啖有甘草、甘蔗與紅棗滋味。質地絲滑，張力佳，酸度也優，中後段有紅莓滋味，風味複雜，尾韻綿長不歇，以菸草、白胡椒與薑片滋味緩步落幕。（品酒時間：2018/11）。
