此酒以百分之百種在Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé特級園裡的Auxerrois品種釀造，因為不屬於阿爾薩斯「高貴品種」， 所以不能在酒標上標示出特級園名稱，只以K替代暗示。酒精度13%。殘糖每公升30公克。酒色淡黃晶亮，嗅有煙燻、礦物質、花香以及清雅的白色水果氣息。口感圓潤，酸度佳，相當均衡，整體可口圓滑精巧。（品酒時間：2019/03）。
