NV Wolfberger Crémant Cuvée 115 ans
雖酒標沒寫年份，其實是以2015年份的Pinot Gris + Riesling + Pinot Blanc + Auxerrois品種釀成。本合作社在2017年適逢建廠115年，也推出「Cuvée 115 Ans Brut」氣瓶酒以茲慶祝。瓶中培養12個月後裝瓶。酒質勝過部分香檳和西班牙Cava。口感細膩輕巧，氣泡綿密舒服，以檸檬和檸檬草滋味引人。（品酒時間：2017/05）。
