酒精度12.5%。以Riesling＋Pinot Gris兩品種釀成。酒色淡黃晶亮，嗅聞有清新小菊花、甘草、白柚皮等的清簡芳香。可口順暢，相當迷人，精巧酸香，以白柚、洋甘菊和礦物質風味誘人，整體柔美可口，均衡優，也相當耐喝。搭以中式滷豬腳，很和搭。（品酒時間：2017/11）。
