酒精度12.5%。酒色中度金黃明亮，聞有金煌芒果、洋梨、菊花、橙皮與鳳梨，整體鼻息宜人。可口飽滿流暢，不顯厚重，啖有荔枝與鳳梨滋味，剛好的酸度，均衡佳，尾韻帶一絲煙燻調與漬鳳梨、甘草、鳥仔梨，後韻回甘宜人，整體柔和順口，日常喝已相當不錯。搭中式香料燉蔬菜豬蹄膀，或阿爾薩斯Munster乳質起司拌燉牛肚都好。（品酒時間：2019/04）。
