NV Willm Crémant d’Alsace Brut
酒精度12.5%，主要以Pinot Blanc與Auxerrois釀成。酒色淡黃晶亮，聞有洋梨、花香、甘草與橘皮，整體清新怡人。入口，氣泡頗細緻，酸度與礦物質風味俱佳，清新爽口的滋味裡釋出甘草、白柚皮與檸檬滋味，骨架修長，後段有橘汁與一絲香料調，整體均衡雅緻，尾韻不錯。適合醬汁不過重的料理，或是中式快炒。（品酒時間：2019/04）。
