來自阿爾薩斯唯一真正的片岩地塊，平均樹齡70歲，在舊的大木槽培養11個月。酒精度12%。酒色淺金黃晶亮，聞有蜂蜜、楊桃與黃香李，口感柔潤成熟酸度佳，礦物質風味鮮明，形成修長主幹的一部分，干性不甜，尾韻以楊桃與肉桂滋味作結。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
