不添二氧化硫不過濾的自然酒。葡萄來自片岩與二疊紀砂岩園區，主要以整串葡萄釀造，酒精度12.5%。以不鏽鋼桶＋舊桶釀造。深紅寶石酒色，聞有酸櫻桃與一絲絲烤肉味，整體芬芳深沈，帶些香料調。口感圓潤稠美具深度，飽滿可口有肉不厚重，礦物味非常鮮明。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
