2008 Domaine Neumeyer Pinot Gris VT Mathéo
雖酒標上沒寫，但其實本晚摘酒釀自Bruderthal特級園，園區中譯是「弟兄谷」，因為曾由修會的弟兄們耕作之故，園區朝東南，中等坡度，位於貝殼石灰岩性質的泥灰岩質石灰岩基岩之上，葡萄可以達到相當完美的熟度，本園的酒自十四世紀就已知名。酒名Mathéo是目前莊主傑侯・樂梅耶（Jérôme Neumeyer）的外甥。酒精度12.5%。聞有榲桲、蜂蜜與糖漬檸檬皮氣息。口感飽滿酸度佳，張力優，複雜度高，後段具有誘人的紅糖、肉豆蔻與蜂蜜滋味。尾韻綿長。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
