以30% Pinot Blanc以及70% Auxerrois釀成，在舊的溫控大酒槽內釀造與培養，與細酒渣培養七個月後裝瓶。酒精度12.5%。酒色淡黃晶亮，氣味芬芳，聞有檸檬的清雅氣息。口感圓潤，礦物味鮮明，嚐有檸檬與萊姆滋味，整體可口清雅鮮爽，架構相當完備，餘韻相當長。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
