在舊的溫控大酒槽內釀造與培養，與細酒渣培養約八個月後裝瓶。酒精度13.5%。此年份主要釀來自特定葡萄園Schimberg（朝南＋底層是火山岩質土壤）。酒色淡黃晶亮，聞有榲桲、萊姆、檸檬與花香；口感飽滿清透，帶礦物質風味（有點鹹味），質地絲滑，嚐有甘草與萊姆風情，尾韻優。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
