2017為此酒首年份，以50% Sylvaner、30% Muscat以及20% Chasselas釀成（一同採收一同釀造）。酒精度13%。酒色淡金黃晶透，氣韻芬芳，帶一些涼茶般的清涼調性。圓潤可口芬芳適口，質地相當細緻耐飲，平日搭餐好用。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
