Rittersberg為位於山坡的花崗岩土壤。以100% Auxerrois釀成，酒精度13%。酒色淡黃晶亮，初聞有白色水果味，後接黃色水果。入口流暢，質地絲滑，白色（果肉）水果與花香併合出迷人滋味，可惜尾段略有一絲絲酒精突出。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
