Rittersberg為位於山坡的花崗岩土壤。酒精度14.5%。酒色中度澄黃晶亮，氣韻芬芳，以黃色水果為主，還嗅有接骨木花，也帶一絲煙燻調。口感圓潤干性，酸度優，架構佳，嚐有甘草以及一絲絲蘋果酒氣息（略帶氧化氣息，不是缺點那種），餘韻悠長。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
