2013 Jean-Paul Schmitt Rittersberg Pinot Gris Grande Réserve
Rittersberg為位於山坡的花崗岩土壤。他家的Pinot Gris Grande Réserve酒精都在14%-15%之間，但卻都⾮常均衡（礦物質⾵味以及輕微的單寧感使均衡感微調），以舊的橡⽊桶（600與 400 公升桶）培養後， 喝來就像頂尖布根地夏多內。Grand Réserve來⾃Rittersberg的特定區塊，且是古⽼的 「⼩粒種灰⽪諾」：果串⾧、顆粒⼩、果汁少，種植於 1955 年，整體滋味流暢精深，具鮮明礦物質⾵味，很干性，有輕微單寧感，架構扎實，尾韻美長。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
