Rittersberg為位於山坡的花崗岩土壤。無過濾＋幾乎無二氧化硫添加。酒精度14.5%。深紅寶石酒色，聞有芬芳帶勁的玫瑰花瓣氣息。架構極為扎實，現仍有些嚴肅。但仍可嚐出其流暢精深，優雅美味的櫻桃風味中還透出礦物鹽滋味，尾韻綿長不歇。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
