釀自Kirchberg de Barr特級園（園區位於小白屋之上），並在「史特拉斯堡濟貧醫院歷史酒窖」裡以舊的大木槽釀造與培養。酒精度14%。深紅寶石酒色，聞有甜美但不落俗套的草莓＋白胡椒氣息。酒體飽滿有料，酸度佳，具礦物質風味，略帶肉桂與白胡椒氣息，尾韻佳，優秀的阿爾薩斯黑皮諾。（品酒時間：2019/11）。
