2018 Domaine Hering Pinot Noir Cuvée du Chat Noir
釀自Kirchberg de Barr特級園（園區位於小白屋之上），「黑貓」（Chat Noir）採布根地的小桶釀法，新桶約3-4成。酒精度13.9%。深紅寶石酒色，聞有酸櫻桃、甘草、肉桂以及一絲其它香料氣息。口感流暢精緻，美味可口，風格精確，阿爾薩斯優秀黑皮諾之一。第二次品嚐更具深度，整體飽滿均衡佳，單寧與架構完足。分數提升為9.7（品酒時間：2019/11）。
