2018 Domaine Hering LD Rosenegert
特定葡萄園Rosenegert種植於1998年，以種在一起的五品種一起發酵釀成（Riesling佔50%，其它是GW+ PG+ Muscat Ottonel＋PB），通常釀成微甜⾵格，位在特級園上端，樹林之下，朝⻄與⻄南。夏天不⾄過於炙熱，可讓多品種緩慢成熟（不只是糖度，必須⽪薄果⾁軟⽽帶汁，滋味充⾜）。酒精度14%。酒色淺黃晶亮，聞有清亮花香與清新檸檬氣息。滑潤可口，微甜優雅，酸度佳，顯得清新爽口，啖有荔枝與甘草氣息，尾韻佳。（品酒時間：2019/11）。
