黏土與魚卵石石灰岩土壤，酒精度13.5%。酒色金黃透亮，聞有鳳梨、香瓜、蜂蜜、洋甘菊、橘汁與蜂蠟，背景帶點煙燻調。口感飽滿甘潤，帶礦物質鹹味，中段已顯回甘，繼而有礦物質鹹味、甘草橄欖以及芹菜植蔬滋味，尾韻的礦物質鹹味依舊明顯，還帶風乾橘皮的美味。（品酒時間：2019/11, 2020/05）。
