產自泥灰岩質石灰岩土壤，混有一些貴腐與掛枝風乾葡萄，酒精度12.5%。酒色淺金黃晶亮，聞有迷人花香、黃色水果（香瓜與洋梨）與一絲檀香。嚐有一絲燒烤與煙燻滋味，繼而有橙汁、鳳梨風味，甘潤飽滿酸度佳也不欠礦物質風情，尾韻以甘草、紅漿果以及隨後併發的鳳梨與金桔滋味落幕，尾韻美長，可搭北京烤鴨。（品酒時間：2019/11, 2020/06）。
