2010 Rolly Gassmann Riesling de Rorschwihr SGN
來自魚卵石石灰岩土壤，殘糖每公升100公克。酒色金黃，氣韻深沈精緻，除甜熟果香，背景還有一絲白胡椒氣韻。口感柔潤流暢，其實沒想像中那麼甜（除不過甜的甜點，也可以搭酸甜並濟的料理），質地精緻精巧，尾韻綿長不落，以甘草和鳳梨滋味作結。（品酒時間：2019/11）。
