以布根地小桶培養，酒精度13.5%。深紅寶石酒色，略濁。聞有熟美草莓與紅漿果、煙燻調，整體芬芳甜美，有一絲烤肉氣息。口感飽滿甜美，質地扎實，渾厚有料，帶一抹煙燻與礦物質氣息，有肌肉有些野性，尾韻長美，以肉豆蔻與白胡椒氣韻落幕。第三次在台灣喝，細緻度與深度更加精進，多了一層酸櫻桃果醬滋味，分數從9.8進步到9.85。（品酒時間：2019/11, 2020/06）。
