2016 Domaine Trapet Chapelle 1441 (Pinot Noir)
酒名來自本莊買下並進行修復的1441年老教堂（位於Riquewihr）。來自黏土質石灰岩土壤，50%來自Froehn特級園（底層為泥灰岩）。以手工去梗。在1,600公升的蛋形水泥槽發酵，酒精度13%。深紅寶石酒色，聞有白胡椒、玫瑰花瓣，整體氣韻濃郁。風味飽滿，酒體相當飽足扎實，滋味甘美，帶有甘草與鮮明礦物味。（品酒時間：2019/12）。
