2018 Domaine Kumpf & Meyer Y’a Plus Qu’à
以60% Sylvaner以及40% Pinot Auxerrois釀成。屬於黏土質石灰岩土壤，園區位在Rosheim以及Molsheim兩村。以野生酵母發酵，在不鏽鋼槽以及舊的大木槽培養24個月。有乳酸轉換，無添加二氧化硫，也未經過濾。酒精度13.5%。酒色淺黃晶亮，以鼻息略微封閉的黃色水果為主調，帶些煙燻氣息。口感圓潤，酸度優，礦物質風味（有點鹹味）以及張力都不錯，口感以洋梨與Reine Claude黃李形成美味的品飲經驗。（品酒時間:2021/02）。
