2019 Domaine Jean-Marc Dreyer Pink Pong Macération
葡萄來自下萊茵省的Rosheim酒村。本莊屬無添加葡萄酒協會（Vins S.A.I.N.S）成員，釀造過程無任何添加。酒精度13%。酒名取幽默的諧音Pink Pong（乒乓球），其實指此酒由各50%的黑皮諾（PN）與灰皮諾（PG）釀成。偏淡略濁的草莓色，鼻息以煮漬草莓果醬與甘草為主，背景帶一絲清爽的青苔氣韻。口感柔美甘口可愛，果味集中，但顯得輕巧與清爽，中段帶些甘草氣息，整體風味非常複雜，張力絕佳，圓潤婉約，極為誘惑人，餘韻悠長。（品酒時間:2021/02）。
