2019 Domaine Kirrenbourg Pinot Noir Le Jardin des Oiseaux
此酒「眾鳥花園」為本莊頂級款黑皮諾，每年僅釀600公升，實際葡萄園位於Furstentum以及Mambourg兩個特級園之間，為石灰岩土壤，土層淺。50%整串發酵，培養時以三分之ㄧ布根地舊桶＋三分之二磁甕培養而成。整體風格近似布根地。漂亮偏深的紅寶石色澤，口感脂潤絲滑，毫無滯重感，酸度優，氣質優雅細膩，帶一絲礦物質鹹味，整體溫柔婉約又具飽滿口感，非常細膩的頂尖黑皮諾。（品酒時間：2021/04）。
