2010 Dry River Martinborough Pinot Noir
由於產量小,所以三塊葡萄園(Dry river estate, Craighall, Lovat vineyard)以及不同的無性繁殖系都一起混釀,後在橡木桶中培養一年,酒精濃度13%。深紅寶石酒色,聞有黑櫻桃、黑李乾、煙燻調與紫羅蘭,氣韻甜美。入口,萃取較多,故而料足,酸度佳,型態修長緊緻,架構完整,礦物質風味非常鮮明,內斂優雅,餘韻佳,以黑李乾與白胡椒氣息完結;這款酒在年輕時其實喝起來比較像法國北隆河的優質希哈紅酒,恐要瓶陳個十年以上再喝較好。(品酒時間:2013/02)。
