舊的大木桶中熟成兩年。酒色深紅不透，周圍泛紫光；鼻息盈有黑櫻桃、草莓果醬，薄荷以及略微紫羅蘭芬芳；入口，酒精感略高，入醒酒瓶一小時便足以修正，架構十足，且甜潤豐美，略有煙燻氣，韻長，（品酒時間：2010/01）。
